Perfect location and good facilities and very clean

This apartment is located right in the centre with many things in walking distance. The square next to the apartment has many coffee shops and opportunities for breakfast, as well as lots of lugagge deposits. The host was flexible with checkin times so we could leave the baggages there on the day of arriving. The big fridge and large comfy bed is a huge plus.

Brilliant location close to the food market and accessible to local shops and cafes. Bottle of water on arrival in fridge. Host was friendly and replied quickly to messages. Great views from the 2 balconies. Washing machine and some toiletries which were very useful.

May benefit from access to netflix or other streaming service for evenings. Possibly a more modern coffee machine and a welcome pack? Just suggestions for a nice welcome after a long day of travelling.

Great place, in walking distance to all the must-see places, restaurants, etc. Really next to the Mercat. Comfortable bed, elevator in the building, AC in the living room / bedroom. Great and fast contact with the owner, fast wifi in the apartment.

If only the windows ware completely tight when closed, then the advantage of staying in the center (next to the pub) wouldn't turn into the disadvantage (during Euro football cup). Ear plugs did the job, though.

Apartment is clean and in a very central location. Beatriz is easily contactable. Plenty of towels were available for our stay.

Partying with a DJ - Pop up bar - flashing lights, shouting etc in the square right outside the apartment felt like I was in Ibiza!. Owner advised city council give out permits for this to happen! It's not a massive square and it goes on to around 3am. I'm not a party pooper and although assume only on an odd Saturday its not great when you have an early morning flight to catch! Would be nice to be aware this is a possibility when you book. Air conditioning is not great

Great location, great size apartment & facilities.

Shower area was small & water kept flowing onto the bathroom floor. There was just a screen but it didn’t close.

The location was superb, everything was so close. The Cathedral and Central Market are minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The city has a lot to offer culturally with the bonus of a sandy beach. We enjoyed the park, the Hortensia Herrera art gallery, St Nicholas Church, Cathedral, Market and the Science park area, plus the Serrano Tower and the Lonja . we also had a trip up to the thermal springs at Montanejos for a refreshing swim in the river. We stayed for 5 nights and took our time to relax and enjoy the city. The weather was perfect for us, around 25 degrees although it does get much hotter in July/ August. Easy to use the public transport and good transfer by metro from the airport.

We booked luggage storage for our arrival as we didn’t think we could get in until 3 pm. We then got a message in the morning when we arrived to say that we could drop off our bags and leave them there while the flat was being prepared. It would have been useful to know this although we appreciated it. The flat is comfortable with two large window/balconies and air conditioning. There are a couple of wobbly tiles which could be fixed and the shower was tricky to use without getting the floor wet! The lift does smell a bit but this is a general problem with the old drains as it is the older part of town. Otherwise everything was good and the bed was comfortable.
