The location of the appartement is excellent, exactly in the old town

The bathroom is small, not in a very good shape, we have even found bugs in it. The room was ok but again, not in a good shape, the tales on the floor are mooving. The appartement needs an improvement and uprgrading, everything in it reminds of the 80's.

Everything was perfect! Contact with host, easy access to the apartament, super equipment and of course great location - walking distance for the best places in Valencia!

The location. Close to historical area and sites and an easy walk to metro stations

It's helpful when rentals provide a few recommendations on restaurants etc. close by to the apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal for browsing around in Valencia old town. We were literally minutes walk away from everything we wanted to see.

There is no hot water coming out of the bathroom sink or the tap in the kitchen.

Comfortable studio apartment, very clean, with everything needed for our stay. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The Mercado Central is only one minute away! The checkin instructions were easy to follow and the hosts responded quickly when we asked for advice.

Location was EXCELLENT. Carrefour mini market 1 minute away for supplies. A washing machine as we'd arrived from travelling in Portugal & needed to do laundry. Large spacious studio, great kitchen area, iron, ironing board & clothes airer (under the bed) super clean. Comfy bed & pillows.

NOT a dislike.. POV.. The flooring is of traditional tiles & we never wear shoes indoors. Being January it was cold underfoot. Not a problem though as we popped into Ale hop just around the corner & bought 3 euro slippers.. Problem sorted 😉 we didn't watch TV but if you do want to it was in Spanish. I'm sure the language could be changed if required.

Fantastic location and communication with Raul was excellent. Good sized apartment. Adequate kitchen. Lots of room in the living room/dining room area. Enjoyed having a washing machine and a coffee machine in the apartment.

Being in the old town there was the constant foul odour from the plumbing (no fault of the apartment owners at all) and to improve this there were a number of plug-in air fresheners in the apartment. These "air fresheners" aggravated my allergies significantly. A decision had to be made on smelling the plumbing odour or using the air fresheners. 🤔 Also, the hot water tank in the apartment is very small. I like to enjoy a longer warm shower especially if I have a chill, but I didn't do that for fear of running out of warm water! We managed fine...just a little getting used to.
