The apartment was in the centre of a lovely buzzy neighbourhood - really lovely vibe once you stepped outside the door! The apartment was very clean and all the basics were well provided. The host was very helpful and sent good info on how to get into the apartment as we were arriving quite late.

Great location, close to cafes, the central market, supermarket and attractions. Comfortable apartment with a balcony. Host was very obliging.

The instructions for getting here are very clear. The location is beautiful and central—you couldn’t ask for more. It’s right next to the Central Market. There’s parking at Central Market, just a two-minute walk away, where you can park for up to three days for 57 euros if you buy a card. The parking area is safe, has wide spaces, and includes a washroom.

The apartment is in need of TLC. The shower is leaking onto the floor, and we had to constantly block the door to prevent a stream of water from reaching the middle of the room. A simple replacement of the shower door seal would mostly fix this issue—a €5 investment. There are also some loose floor tiles in the middle of the room, and the hot water heater switch keeps falling off. Additionally, one window is missing its blinds.

Beatriz was a fantastic host, apartment was great and homely. Had everything we needed and the location couldn’t be better. If we visit Valencia in future we’d definitely stay here again 😊

The location was excellent, right next door to the central market, other attractions and loads of restaurants and bars. The property was comfortable and well equipped with air con, a lift and good WiFi. The sofa was particularly comfortable. The bus from the airport stopped nearby and it was a short walk to the metro. There were also plenty of places nearby to leave luggage at the beginning and end of our trip. We loved Valencia and I would really recommend staying in this property.

Great space, great location, clean & quiet, great amenities, and super easy check-in & check-out. Not to mention, the host was a wonderfully pleasant person.

Very close to all the attractions, clean, not too loud, enough space, comfy. They let us check in 2 hours early and responded straightaway to everything.
