Amazing location, very clean, staff were helpful when I messaged them.

The shower was the only issue, it was either extremely hot of freezing but after speaking to the staff they explained that the property and the business next door are linked and is causing the issue.

There were drug addicts in the ally up to the entrance no heating electricity was extensions running around the property and didn’t get my deposit back these are disgusting

Good central location, clean.

access to the front door was down a small, very dark unlit, uneven alleyway. Not safe at all. A door light only came on when you arrived at the door, and did not illuminate the alley at all. The electric shower was useless. It was so temperamental we were rarely able to get a warm dribble. Some of the group went home early (resorted to getting the overnight ferry) so that they could get home for a shower after 3 days of not even being able to wash in the sink - there was no plug!

How close to winter gardens it was, how clean and spacious it is, fab place to stay we've stayed here for about 3-4 years running now.

The shower isn't very powerful and sometimes can't manage to get it hot.

It’s a flat so no breakfast but plenty places around to eat in but location wasn’t great as it was so close to all the pubs etc so very noisy with all the hen and stag parties at night which was hard to sleep through with kids

1. Had to pay a £200 breakage deposit to get the entry code to access the property on arrival which you need to provide picture driving licence for which was a huge hassle via email after driving almost 4 hours 2.Water poured through bathroom ceiling when upstairs flat were using the shower and nobody answers the customer number for this emergency, they email you back hours later and still nothing gets done and nobody comes to assist . 3. There were 6 of us but only 2 could have a shower as the water goes ice cold very quickly 4. The very small alley way to the accommodation was constantly filled with men AND women urinating day and night which was very disturbing for my children as I had to carry them over it to avoid it getting on their shoes and caused my sister to leave with my niece and drive 200 miles home.
