Great location, lots of parking and comfy beds.

Would have like a bigger tea mum. Lol

The property was in a great location and the size of the apartment was great

The sofa was broken with nails hanging out The water didn’t work for more than half of our stay. So we couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth Some radiators didn’t work . The walk way into the front in the property was a dumping ground for rubbish

Loved the size of the apartment and the beds are so comfortable

Good location. Bed Rooms good.

Stairs are really narrow and prams cannot be taken up. Had a 2 &1 year old in group so was very hard with them on the steep narrow stairs and dog did not like them either. Shower pressure kept on going also. Tiny lounge area for 6 adults with CV children.

No running Hot Water throughout the stay. Electric heaters worked, however radiators throughout the property did not work. Contacted the management company. No plumber was sent out like they said it would be. Issue with the boiler

The beds were comfy and location great for the event we attended at winter gardens
