It was spacious and beds comfortable

I liked how big and spacious and clean it was

The oven needed a little more cleaning on the inside but other than the was spotless it could do with a new ironing board as it doesn't stand properly and falls over and a new iron cos the lid was off where the water goes but everything else was perfect

Excellent location. Good communication with owners.

Loved the space. Plenty of beds. Plenty of room . No outside noises.. basic but clean

The stairs took a bit of negotiation with bags n cases to carry. .

I will always try to stay here if there's availability, I work away from home Monday to Friday so the comfort is needed, beds were so comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. Exactly what I needed home from home.

I couldn't pick anything it was ideal.

Large apartment with 3 bedrooms ideal For big families and everything you needed inside, close to town centre.

Hard to find the property, had to pop into a shop to ask . Check in was so stressful, I arrived at 3 o clock as requested and had still not received my code to get in. Phoned the number numerous times but no one was answering my calls so was Stuck outside with my young children who were getting anxious and fed up, Finally got an email at 4 o’clock to tell us how to get in. Some bits around the apartment were dirty, vapes and rubbish under beds and lampshades need a good clean as full of cobwebs. The gate outside needs repairing as it’s quite dirty in the alleyway leading up to the apartment and one night as we came back to the apartment there was a man in the alleyway using the toilet that’s there in an outhouse which made us all scared. As you walk through the front door it’s quite grim, could definitely do with a revamp. Smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived ( the cleaner would have heard this) I did report it and it was changed 2 days later.

Normally i would like to give 10/10. Only the reason that there was no lock for bathroom door. It was hard to manage with kids. Otherwise host was friendly and valuable for money.

Nothing at all

Everything was dirty and filthy the carpets was disgustingly dirty our feet turned black after a just an hour because how dirty the carpet was. Spider cobwebs on the chandelier the couch was tiny and had a dirty stain. The tray in the oven was absolutely vile with grease and fat all over looks like has not been clean in a while. The toaster was very old and has a lot of rust. There was damp in one of the bedrooms and one of the bedroom’s double bed was atrocious very uncomfortable mattress was like a sponge and the bed was also broken!!!! The host needs to learn onto answer his phone!
