Great location and comfortable beds, bedrooms were a good size.

Had never seen the door code to enter the building before so had to ring for help with this, the stairs leading to the apartment were very narrow, entered into a poky little living room very small for the size of the whole place, had to be careful on the carpet stripes had there were nails sticking out of them, kitchen was ok, bathroom was ok the shower was very temperamental with the temperature, just feel like the place needed a little bir more of a clean

It was clean and location was good

Myself and my sister are older and struggled with the stairs. So we wouldn't stay again ,but just to be clear we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if we were fitter

There was enough space for the amount of people it was close to where we needed to go

We been here 3 rd year running for a dance comp ideal location and walking distance from the venue . Clean tidy appartment

I think this year a few little things that needs some feedback . X2 toilets roll wasn’t enough should have been 5 adults was down to 4 that stayed we had to buy some more . Also the towels we had were really small enough for hand towels lucky by the front door there were some fresh towels all sealed so we broke open grab some . We found a man urinating in the ally way which I didn’t want to my kids to see maybe sort the gate that looks like it’s ripped off ! As it’s nice to walking down especially in the dark to unexpected vistors . So for £190 a night I would say u need to upgrade a bit or re value ur price per night . I paid extra for late check out as we live 7 hours drive I needed to re charge before another comp day and drive home I paid it this time £29 extra is very expensive don’t even pay that for in an expensive hotel . Considering you had us come past few years actually never charged us if the room was still available .

steps to get out of the shower not the greatest, no brush or vacuum provided and for an apartment for a family a washing machine would be a great addition

frontroom was a little on the small size and the security gate was broken just the outside frame was all that was left of the gate so i did not feel very safe ,the ally way to the front door was dark and unlevel to walk on ,the light only comes on when you get to the front door

The door codes weren't the easiest to figure out and would've preferred a key.

The property was perfect for a family get away. Very close to all the attractions
