Very clean well kept apartment. .

Shower needs fixing or replacing. Does not work correctly. No lock on bathroom door.

Location is a problem due to huge amount of drug use taking place especially at the entrance of the property on our first night I complained to the landlord and got one reply what wasn’t acceptable as I didn’t get a reply since and still haven’t I’ve requested a refund and was told we looked settled and was happy to stay even though it was 2am and had no choice but to stay the night I was going to book another place but received no response to my request of a refund

Property was perfect location Very clean. Everything you need. Only bad thing I can say is you can't use the shower. It either scolds you or it's cold, the kids had 1 cold hower in 5 days

Perfect location for Winter Gardens. Car park reasonably priced compared to others in local area. Hosts had good communication when asked questions. Clean on arrival.

Entrance to property not appealing. Shower very low to no pressure, wouldn't have been able to wash hair properly if staying for longer period of time. Would have been nice to have some access to cleaning products as couldn't find any and like to clean before leaving. Thermostat didn't seem to work and radiators were very hot, had to open windows and door to try to cool down, but couldn't get apartment any lower than 23 degrees which is far too hot for our liking.

The apartment is in a great location for wintergardens and Blackpool Tower, with parking (paid) right behind the property. bedrooms are good size

Extremely poor water pressure meant the shower (only one) did not work for our entire stay. Reported to host but no help offered. no lock on bathroom door. lounge area is very small for 9 guests. we sat and on the stairs in the hall to eat (only 4 bar stools in kitchen) - will not be returning

Location was great

The outside looks terrible not inviting. The gate you are told you will find on arrival doesn’t exist and it is filthy in the back alley. Clean sheets weren’t provided for lounge sofa bad - it had existing sheets from somebody previous and were dirty so my sister and I wouldn’t sleep on it - we made the children share a bunk and we used the other. Shower either freezing or scolding. Broken drawers in kitchen No batteries in tv remote so no tv on first night - we replaced batteries the next day. Generally not well kept and not the cleanest.

Comfortable beds excellent WiFi great location lots of space great value for money will be returning with my family in the holidays!

We loved everything

Great but shower is boiling or ice cold. Not good when you have 3 kids and 2 adults trying to get clean
