It was clean

The water pressure as sometime it was stopping

The location so close to our venue. Spacious

The entrance from the street. Broken gate and alley way to front door was disgusting. Rubbish and human faeces. Upon entering building Staircase was extremely steep and narrow certainly not suitable for anyone with disabilities. Once inside apartment pleasantly surprised.

Place was spotless, very well looked after. And was more than big enough. Winter Gardens was litterally 1 minute from the accommodation, along with everywhere else in the centre of Blackpool. We would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone looking for clean comfortable accommodation.

Alleyway had the gate broken through and neighbouring properties were unkempt, also no light in the alleyway leading to the yard of the apartment.. made navigating a bit awkward. The apartment itself was great .

Only negative was the dark entry to navigate of a night.

Good location right in the centre of town. The apartment was amazing and just what we needed for a family of 5. Good size, with a lovely view of the bauble all lit up in talbot square

Nothing

The apartment was lovely and clean, with lovely little touches. Plenty of towels and a large shower. Plenty of space in the bedroom, beds made up and large smart tv's. Everything thing you need in the kitchen & Tea, Coffee & sugar. The only disadvantage was the stairs, lots of them, I'm not good on my feet & hadn't realised when booking, but I managed. Would definitely recommend a lovely, large apartment with no noise disruption, a very peaceful night sleep.

Leaving.

Very dirty, had to pay deposit or extra fees to cover it, and was scared to get blamed for it being dirty and run down. It was extremely filthy even arriving, down a nasty alley with broken toilets and smashed junk about, going past drug addicts doing drugs (everyday the addicts meet up outside the building, it's unsafe everyday) Incredibly noisy from the flat above shouting, fighting, hitting the women, hearing her crying, and police etc the noise from downstairs was even higher, from the betting office, you can hear all the races and commentary, all the noises all day until they shut late at night. Very hard to get hold of staff, shop below has had hundreds of complaints, and it's not even their apartments. Very scary with the noise outside, screaming, fighting addicts, cars and music, it sadly was a very bad stay from the moment of arriving, it took 2 hours to get into the building! Can't see the locks and door code, and the mess etc, really scary stay.
