The place was clean and it had everything I needed and made my stay beautiful and worth it.

The bathroom is a bit small.

We had a very pleasant first stay. The property met our expectations and we were happy with the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also excellent - very central for what we needed and close to all amenities.

On the second-to-last morning of our stay, there was a serious issue where our room was incorrectly marked as vacant in the hotel system despite us still having one night left on our booking. As a result, staff came to the door while we were still asleep. I managed to reach the door in time to prevent entry, so no one actually came into the room. However, the situation was quite alarming and disruptive. The staff apologised profusely afterwards and resolved the issue, but it was concerning that such a system error could occur in the first place. It raised questions about how reliably guest bookings are tracked and how easily these mistakes can happen.

It was clean, comfortable and well located, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Perfect ✨

The No visitors rule is unfair

Clean and neat. In a good area close to the V & A. The unit has everything needed for the stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Every day they asked if we needed housekeeping. Bed very comfortable. Netflix appreciated. I guess if you don't smoke you are fine. If you do go somewhere else!

Only minor thing was no adapter for hair dryer plug. We just bought one.

Very central for work in Cape Town. Modern and well equipped for an apartment self catering stay.
