Only the view !!!! Other than that everything was poor and not satisfying. Everything does not work besides the tv

All electronic devices does not work at all besides the tv and fridge. It’s very very poorly maintained

Upon arrival on unit 201, we encountered the following serious issues: The apartment was surrounded by water, making it difficult to access without jumping. A cleaner was still inside, and the apartment was visibly dirty and wet. The floors were not wiped, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. There was no gas available for the heater or stove. The lounge mat was left outside in the rain. The lounge lights were not functioning properly, requiring us to improvise with chairs to fix them. The couch was dirty and in poor condition. No extra blankets were provided until we repeatedly asked, and the one we received was dirty. There was no hot water on the first day. We were not given a room key. and we we given milk that expired in January This experience was far below the standard promised in the listing and caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. I am requesting a full or partial refund and a formal apology for the unacceptable conditions.

Location and privacy

We booked for 4 nights and our appointment was cleaned on the 5th day we were checking out.Thats my biggest disappointment about the management look after your clients please. We can't pay a lot of money for cleaning and you just don't do your job.

Modern building with good furnishes

The place was dirty. I paid extra R900 for cleaning but I found a dirty place. No cleaning was done during our stay except on check out day where the cleaner even came at 9:45 to chase us out of the apartment so she can clean. There were no extra blankets in the bedrooms. We found a half empty Savanah bottle under the couch and dry chicken bones under the bed. I kept on sending messages to the property to report that no cleaning was been done during stay but all were ignored until the last day when we received a whatsapp after check out with no apology. The sofa has sunk in. The outdoor sofa is ripped and you can't even sit on it even though they used a throw to cover it up and fix it with a small rock. Some kitchen drawers are breaking apart. Bring own shampoo, lotion and shower gel because we only received 1 sample size shower gel and shampoo. Don't be fooled by the cheap price. A beautiful apartment with very poor upkeeping, very dirty floors and outside balcony area, the shower door doesn't close and after a shower, your whole bathroom is flooding

It is located in a dodgy area The apartment had no glasses(regular) even though management said they will sort it out - which they didn't The tv didn't work The beds are very uncomfortable it is basically just a big spunge We were charged an additional R1000 for cleaning (read the fine print very carefully before you make the booking)
