Modern Bo-Kaap Retreat with Mountain Views Pool

The view was fantastic The apartment is spacious and the desk to work is great

The front door is quite lose and does not give an impression of safety The apartment had a strong cigarette smoke smell upon entry The television was not setup and could not connect to the internet, this was not checked before I checked in The floors and corners of the apartment are in desperate need of a deep clean I paid a 3 day stay cleaning fee with no one cleaning during my stay, why are there a daily cleaning fee if the apartment is only cleaned when the guest depart The sliding door to the balcony could not lock The comfort of the bed is very average I expected more There are only free-standing fans in the apartment and the apartment get quite stuffy

The only thing we liked is the view of Table Mountain. Thats all.

Broken stuff, dirty when we came in, location (near a squatter camp),etc. For this price, it is ridiculous. No way to contact the people to bring cleaners.or if we need to understand something.

Just disappointing. + there was no gas on the cooker, we littéral had no answer from the management after three days trying to reach them.

The view was everything, and it was a very beautiful apartment indeed.

There seemed to be no maintenance in place after each guest leaves because when we checked in Friday there was no gas and we noticed only at night and had to eat take always whilst we bought groceries to eat. Secondly there was no property management to help us check in or assist us with the property aspects in the floor you had to call in to get assistance 🤧

It was clean.

The fans are broken, sliding door can't lock, the building stank of Weed. Tge parking bay was to small for our fortuner. Wifi is very poor. Botom draw in fridge is cracked, there is no mirror in the bathroom, and the shower door does not close properly. The gym is very dodgy.

the view, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, great location

the sink in the bathroom didn't drain, neighbors were noisy on the weekend, couldn't access the gym
