ITC Hospitality - One Thibault Hotel

The location of the hotel is great. It is easy to get to so many places. Breakfast was on time and good too. The food at the restaurant was tasty especially the chicken liver.

The room service wasn't very good. On the day that they cleaned our room they didn't spread the bed neither did they refill the shower gel in the bottles. The room service team also didn't put water in the fridge when they came for room service, on the second day of our stay. I suggest that cleaning of rooms should be done daily. I'd also suggest that as guests book the room, there should be an option to pick between still water and sparkling water. Not all guests take sparkling water and on the first night we found two bottles of sparkling water which we both dont take.

L'accueil était très bien. La sécurité est parfaite ainsi que le service de chambre. La localisation aussi est très bonne surtout pour nous qui avions une conférence au CTICC, c'est à 5 minutes de marche et à une dizaine de minutes de VA Waterfront.

Cette fois j'ai eu un appartement moins grande que la fois précédente. je m'y suis senti à l’étroit. A chaque fois, lors de la réservation d’hôtel, il est proposé les services d'un taxi pour nous récupérer à l'aéroport, mais à chaque fois, le taxi n'est jamais là.

The location of the property, in the city center and next to all the great places. Not far from the DHL Stadium where the marathon was taking place, around 2.8km

I was catching flu, and I requested a blanket through the hotel app, which was never responded to. The blanket was also never provided. For the 4 nights at the hotel, my room was never cleaned or refreshed even though I put the the service tag on the outside of the door. I used the same towels for the whole duration of my stay. This was a very big disappointment, especially that I ran a marathon on the 24th May and needed a refreshed environment thereafter.
