Close to the seafront and shops

Hard to access. Rundown and mixed cleanliness with heavy mould in areas. Most windows not openable - terrible views outside to a noisy neighbourhood. Very loud and weak shower. Uneven floors, walls and ceilings - difficult for elderly guests.

The location is fantastic for the sea front. The property isn’t in great condition, the main bedroom is OK but the others are uncomfortable and tired.

Very good location. Clean property. Spacious. Living room had lots of blankets and throws and comfy sofas, we managed to connect the TV to our Netflix account so had a nice movie night. Kitchen has large fridge. Nice little outdoor private terrace area for dining al fresco if warmer weather.

Downstairs toilet was more of a storage cupboard. Toilet was very slow to flush and no soap at the sink. No toilet roll refill in this bathroom. Kitchen isn't well stocked - very basics available,but main bin was broken, kettle lid was broken, floor is very uneven resulting in the table where toaster and microwave are located to become significantly slanted and it causes things to fall off the surface! Living room was cosy but window didn't close and the "dining table" is only big enough for 2 people which is quite small for a flat that has 3 bedrooms. We managed to dine on the floor picnic style! Main bathroom is on top floor which was large and clean. But the staircase that leads to this floor had loose carpet on one of the steps and became quite slippery when descending back down - health and safety issue which needs repair asap!

We did not stay at all it was disgusting

Bedrooms were large with lots of space, central location was good with having small children. Sofa bed in the living room was good and comfortable. Didn’t see the owner during our stay, but that’s how we like things, to just be self sufficient. Communication prior to stay was all very clear and timely.

Parking is £15 for a day which would be a fair expense if staying longer than a few nights. There is a toaster and microwave but no cooker. We only stayed a few days so could manage but would have missed a cooker had we stayed longer. Floorboards were very creaky and sounded even louder trying to creep to the bathroom at night. It was SO noisy outside on Saturday night, the noise kept me awake, possibly because I was being nosey listening to the conversations!
