Gigi's Place

The central location was perfect. The accommodation is above the cafe which served excellent food. Including gluten free for one of our party. The actually building is old but the rooms , bathroom and beds are clean. The shower worked great which is always a bonus.

The beds were a bit uncomfy. But maybe because I like a hard bed and they were a bit soft and lumpy. As the accommodation is in the town it’s very noisy early in the morning so be prepared for an early start.

Property looks and feels homely and good for families

Tidy , but not clean. Poo marks in toilet , towels had to be found , they were inside tumble dryer. Hair in the fridge and generally expensive for the cleanliness Tv screen was green, fire stick. Check out at 10, don’t we know it. Man at the door 9.59 am.

Outside area is very grubby and its the only table in the building big enough to eat off with a family .no cooker, limited selection crockery and glassware,toilet downstairs almost un accessible with cleaning products and devices..very noisy at night but thats nobody's fault .

Perfect location for all of Weymouth’s attractions. Shops, bars, harbour and beach are all a very short walk away. It was spotlessly clean. It was great having a washing machine and tumble dryer, the addition of towels was also very much appreciated.

There was no cooker in the kitchen, only a toaster and microwave. Two of the beds were uncomfortable and the sofa was very hard.

It was very spacious and had all the conveniences we needed.

Location is good, in the centre of town and not too noisy in the evenings. We liked the outside space although it was a bit shabby.

An overpowering smell of damp (possibly due to a roof leak above the stairs) which the host had tried to mask with very strong air fresheners. The top bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable - able to feel the mattress springs - and the bedside light leads weren't long enough to reach the sockets. The kitchen isn't fit for purpose as there's no hob for cooking, and insufficient glasses for 4 people. The stair carpet by the bathroom had come loose and could be dangerous. Some windows were broken and covered with plastic. Overall it's a bit tired and grimy.
