Bellshill Central Apartment

Nothing to like, it was the worst experience, disappointment me a night to my stay as I was left without accommodation due cockroaches found in their apartment

Service was terrible beyond belief. I was given an alternative accommodation with no parking and was told that I can pack in the street in front of the building. I was then issued a parking fine and when I complained to them, they refused to pick my calls subsequently.

Verschillende radiatoren hingen los aan de muur, de douchekop lekte en werkte niet, de afvoer van de douche was buiten het appartement los en lekte daar in de doorgang. Er waren geen handoeken en thee doeken (dit stond wel in de brief dat ze er zouden zijn).

Good location for where my work training was taking place. Near Tesco and Lidl, and ample food choices around the flat if you didn't want to cook.The living room is very spacious, and set out well. The main bedroom with the double bed was generally clean, the towels provided appeared clean and fresh. Good and ample sized parking to the rear of the property. The host provided straight forward check-in instructions, and I found the property easily.

The flat overall just needs a really good bit of TLC, the bathroom door handle is hanging on for dear life. The kitchen needs a good deep clean, as does the main bedroom. I didn't use the room with the two single beds but the light bulb was blown in that room so wouldn't be ideal for people needing both rooms. The bins out the back are overflowing, and there is evidence of rats outside (but I didn't see any evidence of them in the flat).The heaters are also barely attached to the wall. The flat is adequate but as I've said just needs an overall bit of TLC and upkeep.

The apartment was good value and close to amenities.

In the second room both single beds were too hard so could not be slept in.outside the apartment large groups of youths kept gathering and this could be intimidating.

Location was great, close to train station and supermarkets. Apartment itself was roomy.

When we arrived the apartment hadn't been cleaned but the owner came and cleaned it. I'm not sure if this effected everything else but we had 3 light bulbs that were blown, 1 roll of toilet paper for a week long stay, empty soap containers, 1 teatowel, not enough mugs for 4 people. There weren't any baking trays, garbage bags so we purchased a lot of things that we should not have had too. The entry way could do with a clean up - overfilled rubbish bins and not enough lighting wasnt a good first impression. One of the radiators was also not working. We were told this would be actioned but it wasnt.

The apartment was quite spacious, neat, simple and homely

Nothing really, everything met the expectations based on the money paid.

Is was clean staff was helpful

Area not the best on the high street noise and not clean at all Radiators purely installed some of them hanging on one screw kitchen is very basic
