L appartamento è grande attrezzato di tutto e molto pulito .Anche x la colazione ci sono varie cose ..Abbiamo trovato anche acqua e succhi freschi . Macchinetta x caffè the ..c e tutto insomma .Non so se avremmo occasione di tornarci ma sicuramente lo consiglierò! Maddalena

This apartment is older but was cozy and clean on our arrival. The bedding was fresh, the kitchen had plates, pans, etc., to make meals. There was SO MUCH FOOD left for us for breakfast! The refrigerator was loaded with yogurt, milk, eggs, cheese, salami, water and fruit juices. On the table was a huge assortment of sweet and savoury packaged items. Katia was easy to communicate with, and Luca was very kind and helpful when he checked us in. He also took us to Bologna the next day for a guided tour and we learned so much from him. This stay was particularly special because of the kindness of the hosts.

A clean apartment offering all that one needs (eg. full fridge). Close to the airport. It was posssible to park the car nearby. Very friendly host.

Maybe there was a bit too many personal items left on the shelfs (for our taste).

The accommodation is outstanding—spotless, roomy, and cozy. However, what truly sets it apart is the owners' dedication to their guests. They go above and beyond, offering clear instructions for accessing the property, securing parking, and using appliances. The fridge and kitchen are generously stocked with complimentary food items, including snacks, coffee, tea, yogurt, juice, and water. Additionally, we received valuable tips and recommendations not only for exploring Bologna but also for enjoying other Italian delights.

Friendly host. He explained a lot about the town. Very good start.
