Aparthotel Feeling at Home

The host, Luca, was lovely and left such a warm impression on us. He stayed with us going through lots of details to make our stay much easier and more inviting. We loved the fact it had drinks and refreshments available! A wonderful gesture I think more hosts should include.

No lifts (it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t have any heavy bags but could be an issue for older guests or if carting lots of luggage).

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful. The flat was super well-equipped, the fridge was stocked with cold (soft) drinks, and snacks, tea and coffee were readily available. The flat was clean and cozy, very homely, and the area seemed safe. We took our dog to a great park just next to the flat. A/C in all rooms. Great value for money indeed!

Very nice to walk around in the small town. I enjoyed the time I spent there.

We travel often as a family, and this trip and stay in “Aparthotel Feeling at Home” was quite exceptional. We came to visit the region (which is extremely rich in history and things to see), so for us it was not an issue that the location is a bit farther away from Bologna center. It was a plus, rather. You can still get to Bologna easily via transport (or car, in our case), and if you want to go to other places in the region, it is even easier if you go from this location. The apartment was nice and well organized; comfortable for our family of 5. Also, it was very easy for parking. Internet working perfectly. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and convenient. The breakfast concept is a bit unusual, but it worked pretty well for us. Essentially, the groceries are provided, but you prepare the breakfast yourself. It is convenient and flexible. The best thing are the hosts. Very accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the region. The host also spared his time and gave us a beautiful tour of Bologna. We often take tours in the cities we visit, but this one was above our previous experiences, both in the content and the delivery. We are very grateful for that.

We liked everything. Only location outside Bologna might be an issue for someone not wanting to commute and targeting strictly that city. But for us, as stated above, it was not an issue, and we enjoyed both Bologna and other destinations in the region.

The hospitality and care that Luca and Katia provide is outstanding. Location is perfect to visit Bologna, bus stops 2 min away to downtown. Great apartment, spacious, clean and comfortable

Katia and Luca were fabulous. They provide very detailed instructions when it comes to checking in to the property. The apartment is fully equipped with all the kitchen ware, towels and even food! Luca communicates very well and he even took us out for a 4 hour walk about in Bologna town. Thanks again Luca and Katia for all your warm hospitality.

Feeling at Home is a perfect name for the apartment. Katia and Luca really made us feel at home. Luca took us to an amazing guided tour in Bologna. The apartment is big and has everything, you might need, including food and beveradges in the fridge for breakfast. Comfortable beds.

A bit noisy to sleep with an open window on a week days.
