It really did feel like home! It was so comfortable, big, well-furnished, ample food left for breakfast … pretty faultless I’d say. The owners are the icing on the cake - so attentive and thoughtful. All-in-all it made our stay in Bologna perfect.

"Like a second home"

The location is great, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. Every room has air conditioner and almost everything that one may need. It is my best experience ever for family trip.

"A very pleasant stay!"

The host was very kind to let us check in at 12:30 midnight. Katie's husband was really cheerful at that time of the night as well. The place was great, They provided a full breakfast with milk, eggs, Croissants, and lots of other stuff. The place is very nice and clean. Katie helped me to plan my day trip. It was great help. Her communication and response time is excellent. Thanks for having us

Katia and Luca are very kind. Their hospitality is perfect. We’ ve got lots of information about Bologna, what we need to visit, when and how we get there. The apartment has perfect location, very clean and well equipped. We definetly choose them again and recommend them for others.

"Clean fully equipped breakfast included one night in Bologna"

Luka the gentle owner of the house welcome us very well. The house is very clean and large for more than a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with various kitchen stuff coffee machine etc. various types of yogurt milk water cokes etc were in the fridge. The snacks for the breakfast are more than enough. There are toys puzzles etc for kids and our 4 years of child liked the Cinderella puzzle so much.

It is been a clean quiet neighbourhood out of city centre. If you dont matter to be outside of centre sure a good place. There is no elevator may be we can say as a negative feedback. Rest of the things are really perfect.

Amazing apartment with all facilities available ib abundance. The host, Katia and Luca are super nice. The welcome was awesome and so was the briefing. They took care of each and every detail of our stay and also helped in planning our day and train scheduling. Must Stay with Family
