The Beachfront Lookout a Stunning Apartment with Perfect Sea View

The apartment was spacious, light, clean, warm, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. It has a beautiful view across the sea and along the promenade and is very close to amenities. Use of the parking space was a bonus. I would be happy to stay again.

The view, amazing. Check in/out was spot on including the parking space. The apartment was what I had expected, clean and tidy and had excellent facilities.

Fabulous modern apartment in a great location. Immaculately clean, well equipped, quality furnishings, spacious and with fantastic views. Added bonus of a parking space. Excellent host who made the whole process very easy. Highly recommend a stay here.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort, aber wir hätten es gut länger ausgehalten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wirklich super.

Der Wasserkocher und die Spülmaschine könnten mal entkalkt werden, aber das ist wirklich nebensächlich. (Meckern auf hohem Niveau).

Gute Ausstattung, es war alles da man brauchte. Gutes WLAN, Lage mit Seeblick.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment. Incredible view of the sea. Excellent bathroom, powerful shower, well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas. Amazing to have the parking space, and smooth communication ahead of our arrival.

Two issues for us were external to the actual flat but had a big impact on our stay. The back of the property has scaffolding and there were builders working when we arrived. Not an issue on that first day but they started up on our next day at 7.30am. No holiday lie in! The second issue is the club in the basement of the building. Both Friday and Saturday nights there were DJ events until midnight. You can't hear the music but the bass reverberates throughout the building, so impossible to sleep until it was over. Have attached July programme so you can see.

Very, very clean and lots of space. The kitchen diner is big with two comfortable sofas (actually large sofa beds) and a good oven and hob and lots of work surface. There is a large bathroom and a useful utility room where we dumped bags and fishing tackle. Good washing machine and tumble drier. Great communication from Tabitha and the big plus was the dedicated parking space just around the corner (it is a good idea to put the chain back to block it when you go out). M&S and the pier are very close and the views are stunning. You can sit and watch the promenade for hours. We have been going to Worthing for years and this was the best sea-front apartment we have ever had, by far. We had a week in June and were sad to leave. Two bedrooms was also a big plus - we used both and they were very comfortable. There is a venue with music on weekends in the basement - we didn't hear a thing.

The stairs to the top floor are quite steep and a bit of a challenge (I am 74). There was no freezer compartment in the fridge when we stayed which wasn't a major issue but would have been useful.
