The Beachfront Lookout a Stunning Apartment with Perfect Sea View

We had a nice two night stay here for a family of four. I just relished the view in the morning of a calm sea and horizon. The living room was really spacious. Everyone was happy. We'd love to come again.

Immaculately clean and very nicely decorated spacious apartment with amazing views from wide bay windows. Host was really helpful with all communication and parking included is a real bonus (plus at time of review parking is free in town on Sunday so even when checked out can stay in town if desired). Can highly recommend Perch on the Pier for dining out and breakfast, less than 5 minute walk away. Direct bus into Brighton from the property too. Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Worthing

No complaints or concerns whatsoever

Conveniently on the front close to the pier and a few minutes walk from the shops. Good instructions for parking spot and access to property. Well appointed and nice touches like shower gel and shampoo and a couple of coffee pods and milk sachets. Decent facilities and utensils for cooking and box for recycling.

Whilst I understand the need to prevent access to the unsafe fire escape, it would have been nice to be able to open the bathroom window a bit for ventilation but this is a minor niggle

A well equipped apartment, the location is amazing! Beautiful surroundings and freshly decorated. I'd definitely stay here again. The only thing is the 10am checkout, although that's probably on me not reading the small print and asking for an extension early enough! I'm hoping to return again!
