The Beachfront Lookout a Stunning Apartment with Perfect Sea View

A very clean, bright apartment within easy reach of the town centre. A very comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. Tabitha was most helpful when we called for help. We should have read her clear instructions more thoroughly ! Our fault, we were extremely tired after a long drive.

It’s a long way up those stairs to Flat 3 on the top floor. I’m expecting a hip op soon and I really struggled with our luggage. There is no lift.

This is best apartment we have ever stayed in. The view was amazing and so was Tabitha the host. Very clean and the best sea view ever. The apartment has everything, even a parking spot which was very handy. We cannot wait to stay again. It was just perfect.

Had a wonderful two-night stay at this apartment—amazing beach and sea views and a perfect central location. Having a parking space was a real bonus. Communication from the hosts was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

Perfectly positioned apartment with outstanding sea views. The parking space at the rear is also really handy. All rooms are well decorated and clean and there is a hand utility room with washing and iron. Great communication with the owner and checking in instructions. Would definitely recommend the pub at the end of the pier for a cool drink or brunch. The apartment is on the top floor so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. No problem for us but thought it was worth mentioning. There is a venue in the basement and some light noise could be heard in the evening. This is to be expected from a central location and honestly didn't bother us or was excessive. Also, easy 10-15 minute walk to catch the train to Brighton. I would return and recommend to others.
