Very clean, great location and Jock was extremely accommodating and friendly and left enough food and snacks to see us through the weekend.

Hard to leave any negative feedback but the only struggle we had was an intermittent WiFi connection

A lovely little nest for the two of us to curl up in after a wedding.

Thoughtful kind and generous hosts added to the feeling of home away from home. Jock and Katie went out of their way to provide a smart, well equiped and welcoming home. Comfortable bed, generous breakfast, fancy toiletries and extra details such as providing a head torch when they knew we were walking back in the evening. Delightful, pretty house and garden. Hands down the smartest, nicest holiday accomodation in the area. Easy walk to historic village and pub (with food) and only a 20 minute drive to the coast. Recommend. Perfect little base for exploring.

The accommodation really was as good as it looked in the photos. Comfy bed and everything you could hope for in the kitchen if you want to cook. The fridge was stocked with a welcome pack of an exceptional selection of local food that very easily catered for a food intolerance. The location is perfect for going in any direction around Norfolk and the hosts were lovely, very friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go. The local pub, The White Lady, was very welcoming with really lovely food. We are already thinking of going back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Horatio’s. The hosts were really friendly & helpful, the property was superb & was well situated for exploring North Norfolk. We really couldn’t have asked for more!

Absolutely nothing at all to criticise. We were most impressed. The hosts applied very high standards to all aspects of their property.

Everything was exceptional 👌 seriously well thought out with quality furnishings. Very clean.A wonderful find . The location may be set in the owners property, but you would never know as so peaceful and has its own lovely outside space. Will definitely book again !

Absolutely nothing not to like! Accommodation, luxury toiletries, food and drink items , indoor and outdoor furnishings everything you could possibly want and even things you didn't realise you would want 😀 just wish we had booked a longer stay

Excellent quiet location with plenty of private outdoor space. Quality appliances and equipment. Good standard of cleanliness. Super friendly hosts who provided an array of “goodies” for us to enjoy which were much appreciated.

Personally we did not find the sofa bed very comfortable to sit on but I am sure it is fine for a lot of people.

Everything about this property was exceptional- from the contact with the hosts, the fact that every possible thing you might need had been thought about and provided and the personal touches. I can’t recommend this property or the hosts highly enough. They truly make your stay wonderful.
