Horatio’s was really clean and we were provided with all the necessities. Welcome food pack was provided, which was really nice.

These guys have to be the most incredible hosts we've ever had they were so kind left us some yummy food in the fridge some cookies the most beautiful card. They really did go above and beyond to make our stay incredible. They were super helpful when we had any questions we had, we had total privacy and they were very respectful. We were definitely stay again here in a heartbeat. Thank you for all the little things you done to make a trip one to remember.

The attention to detail was amazing. The hosts were very helpful with our booking and went above and beyond in everything they did. The breakfast and goodies supplied were not expected and really did make us smile and feel welcome and spoilt.

there's nothing we didn't like, the property is spotless, comfortable and finished to a very high standard, and the owners had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. the only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. many thanks again.

EVERYTHING. There isn’t a single thing that the owners haven’t considered. Really… try your hardest and you won’t find a thing missing ! We visited in the thick of winter, Christmas in fact, and it was warm and cosy.

Genuinely nothing

This was a wonderful place to spend a few day. It was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was provided including lovely products in the bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of treats. The location was perfect for days out including seeing seals close up. I cannot recommend Horatio's enough.

My sister recommended Horatio's - so I knew it would be good - but Jock & Katie still exceeded our expectations. Excellent communication prior to our visit, a warm welcome on arrival, and the numerous small touches all demonstrate their attention to detail and total commitment to their guests. This is undoubtedly the best self-catering unit we've ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean and modern, stylish yet cosy. Everything you need is provided, not least the incredible welcome pack of fresh bread, butter, milk, eggs and bacon. Katie & Jock also provided useful info about this lovely area of Norfolk and some top recommendations. We ate at the local pub, the White Lady - great value, yummy food. We visited Horsey and saw scores of seals on the beach, which was amazing. On the way back, we stopped at the Ingham Swan for lunch - total foodie heaven. We thoroughly recommend Horatio's and plan to return next year for another relaxing trip exploring the Broads.
