Voy a denunciar la situación vivida

Booking no puede permitir esto, ni engañar al consumidor. Las imágenes que se muestras no corresponden con la realidad, la ducha de las fotos no es la ducha actual, la ducha del apartamento está llena de moho y manchas negras, también falta media mampara de cristal y todo el agua se sale fuera. El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio abandonado, medio de ruido con ventanas rotas, gente sin hogar, basura, ascensores en mal estado y peligrosos de usar. Las toallas del alojamiento están húmedas y huelen mal las sábanas con manchas suciedad y humedades por el piso. Además no es un edificio habitable y no sabes los peligros que puedes correr por la noche. Hay señoras que gritan mientras duermes, adjunto fotografías. Me parece una falta muy grave por parte de Booking, permitir estos anuncios falsos y poner en riesgo la vida de la gente. Además el propietario nos ha dado entender que tiene cámaras en la vivienda

The host was really helpful, providing all the needed info. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything.

Some chairs for the kitchen island will be helpful for taking meals.

Posizione strategica, perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi. I servizi offerti sono buoni e l’alloggio è risultato abbastanza silenzioso. Riscaldamento funzionante e adeguato. Attrezzatura moderna.

Il materasso della camera da letto è troppo morbido e tende a far sprofondare, rendendo il riposo meno confortevole. Inoltre non ho trovato una presa per il phon in bagno, dettaglio che potrebbe essere migliorato.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this flat in Bucharest. The place was exactly as described and as I saw in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, the refrigerator was very big and the apartment had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the insulation was excellent, I didn't hear any noise from outside. The location was perfect, really close to basically everything I needed such as cafés, places to eat, supermarket, atm and public transport. Check-in was smooth and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the flat felt like a true home away from my home. I would definitely book again and also highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest!
