Spacious apartment, close to the Old Town and other attractions, shops, restaurants, bus stopes nearby. I do recommend to stay there.

Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, pomocny i miły.

Większość rzeczy nie działała. Problemy z internetem, zepsuta klimatyzacja, brak drzwi pod prysznicem, cieknący brodzik. Niestety najgorsze było to że mieszkanie było brudne, wszędzie pajęczyny, i brzydki zapach w sypialni. Spaliśmy na swoich poduszkach pod swoim przykryciem ale i tak całe łóżko śmierdziało potem, starością i wilgocią. Mamy wrażenie że nie było prane po poprzednich gościach ale nie wiem. Dodatkowo dowiadujesz sie o dodatkowej kaucji dzień przez zameldowaniem... W niektórych kwestiach pewnie mógł pomóc właściciel ale nikt na pobyt trwający półtora dnia nie ma ochoty spędzać go na naprawach pokoju...

Buena ubicación, se puede ir al centro caminando. El apartamento es limpio y se encuentra como en las imágenes. Había bastantes utensilios de cocina, también horno y lavadora. En la cocina había sal, aceite entre otros de otros huéspedes por lo que facilita la estancia.

El edificio (que no el piso) es muy sucio y antiguo (adjunto alguna foto), hay ascensor pero se recomienda que lo use únicamente una persona porque sino se puede parar (nosotros no nos atrevimos a usarlo y es pequeño). Dentro de la casa falla el aire acondicionado, no expulsa frío, pero para paliarlo tienen un ventilador. La ducha es pequeña y se ve antigua, no está sucia como plantean otros comentarios, pero la silicona de las juntas está negra.

Flat was great, good location, clean.

The €24 I had to pay as a deposit was not returned to me even though I left the flat in great condition. I followed up numerous times with the owner but he has ignored my messages. This dishonesty put a bitter taste in my mouth hence the low rating.

The whole apartment was perfect. You have everything needed, is spacious and comfortable. Also had a mini balcony for people who smoke. Don't have chairs in apartment, but for us this was ok. The location is very close to University and Romana. You can travel with the bus or subway. Near the apartment you can find mix stores, from food, clothes, cosmetics- Sephora and others. The owner is kind, helpful, at a phone call distance with whatever is needed. I definitely come again and recommend this place .

I have nothing to say about it . All experience was great, so isn't something to complain.
