Contactul cu proprietarul a lăsat de dorit.mi a fost cerut copie după cartea de identitate și o o garanție în bani,înainte de a intra în locație.desi am făcut rezervarea pe booking.si când i am comunicat proprietarului că nu mi au convenit aceste lucruri,mi a oprit garanția și m a făcut nesimțit

After you confirm booking, you'll receive a message from the host with further instructions which include sending the copy of your passport to the host's Whatsapp and 24 euro deposit to the bank account. When you explain that you can show the passport in person, because sending documents by messenger is not safe, the response is "it's self checking, no exceptions for you". The reason behind this is that according to the law they have to give this information to the police portal, here big question mark, because they are not hotel + what about personal data protection law??? Why would someone share his documents on messengers?? This situation was not suitable for me, so I decided to cancel my booking, but since it was for the next day there was a cancellation fee, I asked the host to cancel it without fine, since it was only half an hour after booking, he refused. When we arrived at the property, there were other issues inside like stains from bleach on the bed sheets and broken coffee maker etc, so I had to contact booking customer service, because I knew that host had my deposit and it could be a problem .After that I received the call from the host and he was literally shouting at me telling me to get out and saying "if he was there, he would physically kick me out of the place". And all that for communication with booking customer support, since the reality of the apartment inside didn't correspond to the description. At the end he calmed down and returned the deposit the next day, but the experience was ruined because of the stress and time waste for solving the situations that you don't expect to have when you book the place for one night

Nos dio una grata sorpresa el alojamiento y es tal y como indica en las fotos, nos encantó y la zona es muy buena

Lo único que mejoraría es el hecho de que nos pidieron un depósito que no ponía en ningún lado, es decir informar antes, también cabe decir que nos lo devolvió conforme nos fuimos

No para nada . Cuando llegamos estaba Bucarest en ola de calor , en el apartamento no funcionaba el aire acondicionado estábamos dentro del apartamento a 40 grados ,el dueño no respondió en ningún momento ni nos solucionó nada , al día siguiente nos fuimos a un hotel y no nos han abonado nada . El edificio donde está el apartamento parece que esté en ruinas ,no se lo recomiendo a nadie ,una experiencia horrible

No me gusto nada
