Hotel w porządku. Minus za brak komunikacji jeżeli chodzi o udostępnienie kodu wejścia do hotelu. Myśleliśmy czekać pod hotelem godzinę ponieważ nie odbierano telefonu. Sam pobyt 10/10

La vue sur le lac, la literie très confortable et la place de stationnement dans la propriété. L'électroménager mis à disposition ( lave-vaisselle, lave-linge/ sechant).

Les ustensiles de cuisine en nombre insuffisant. Pas de casserole, très peu de couverts de table (4 couteaux, 5 fourchettes...)

"Très calme et très belle vue sur le Lac de Côme. Parfait."

Appartement très propre et bien organisé. Instructions pour récupérer les Clefs très claires. Bon contact avec l'Agence.

2 petits points à améliorer je pense: Pour ouvrir le portail, on ne dispose pas d'une télécommande. Du coup comme la rue est très passante en journée et pas très large ce n'est pas très pratique. Il faut descendre du véhicule, insérer la clef, remonter dans le véhicule, attendre que le portail soit ouvert et enfin libérée la voie. Par ailleurs, le trousseau de Clefs dispose de beaucoup de Clefs, et seules 2 ont été utiles: Portail et Porte d'Entrée. Je ne sais pas à quoi servent les autres et cela crée de la confusion car elles se ressemblent toutes ... Au final, j'ai compris qu'il y avait un code couleur (bleue) pour la Clef de la Porte d'Entrée.

Posizione fantastica, sia come contesto che come comodità per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Cernobbio. Molto importante il parcheggio riservato. Appartamento pulito e bene attrezzato.

Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare.

L'affaccio e' stupendo,sia di giorno che di sera.Ottima pulizia ,monolocale con tutti i confort,compresa la macchina per l'espresso,il ferro da stiro e un angolo cottura attrezzato.
