Lovely apartment,very clean and peaceful.

Just walking up hills, but everything was lovely.

Absolutely beautiful location, very clean and well provisioned flat and very comfy beds.

Location was perfect, property was spacious and clean. Great communication from the host. I will definitely book the property again.

Nothing could have been better.

Great location. Good walking distance to both the towncentre and dartmouth castle. It has a one car garage which was very good. I was in a mercedes hatchback which fitted nicely. Very big bedroom and a working kitchen. Wifi was very useful and easy to use. Lights and heating all worked. Very clean property. Beautiful building. Great architecture and stone features. Property covers two floors and is very spacious. The hosts were wonderful and lovely. I forgot some items and they were able to get it posted out to me. I cant thank them enough for this. Elaine was truly an amazing. Happy days

There's an air ventilation system in its own room by the front door that hardly made any noise but could be noticeable to sensitive ears but only when you are downstairs. It wasnt a problem for me at all and I hardly noticed it.

Excellent location. We asked the host to put the heating on for us before we arrived, which they did, so it was nice a warm when we got there. Spotlessly clean and bright. Lovely decor. Excellent facilities. Instructions were on laminated A4 sheets and were easy to follow (the one for the TV was in the unit so not obvious to find at first. The apartment is on 2 floors so bear that in mind if you find stairs tricky.

This is not a criticism but it would have been nice if there was a shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the bathrooms, and maybe privacy blinds on the bedroom window to let light in but preventing walkers from looking in. It didn't bother us, but might be an issue for other travellers.

This is our 3rd or 4th time at No 1 the Pottery we love the location and it’s so cosy! Really feel like we switch off when we stay.

Location, very nicely done, clean, well equipped, spacious living-room, garage

It was very cold when we visited and the heating hard to get right. It was cold in the hall and shower room downstairs, but the storage heaters made the bedroom very warm and upstairs hot. Underfloor heating in the ensuite was great.
