The location was good and the hosts were responsive and friendly.

There was a very detailed form to fill in before checking in and then had to fill it in all over again when we arrived. Given the detailed info and security we expected the place to be better. However, the place had a very unpleasant stale smell, the fridge didn't work (although the hosts offered to replace it), the only dustbin was outside on the balcony and was turned over when we arrived and full of rubbish including cigarettes. All the appliances - the dishwasher and microwave also had an unpleasant odour. In the one bathroom the toilet kept running and the other bathroom had dirty streaks on the walls. The pillows were also smelly. Walking to the parking space there was also rubbish on the floor and a strong smell of weed. Needless to say we only stayed one night instead of the three we had booked. We use Booking.com often and it was the first time we were so disappointed.
