Urban Artisan Loft with Mountain Views Fast Wi-F

The view was amazing and a very comfortable stay. A lot of room for improvement in the apartment.

Paying R900 for cleaning after checkout but when I checked in to the apartment, it was not in the cleanest condition. The kitchen and shower area was not cleaned well. One set of linen and towels given for the whole stay without providing a washing machine or dryer. Cockroaches in the apartment.

The apartment is as described. Lovely view of the mountain.

There needs to be better pest control.

Loved the open plan, was really easy to get around. Bathrooms were very nice with nice shower heads and optimal seating. Beds were very clean as well.

Found a few cockroaches in the kitchen, broken bar stool chair, couch that sinks in when sat on. Fridge runs a bit warm.

The decor was nice. Good view on table mountain.

The upstairs bathroom basin was blocked. There was lots of cockroaches everyday and day by day they were getting bigger and plenty of them coming inside. The stool bar was broken. The area inside is stuffy as there is only 3 small openings. The mat was dusty and we had allergic reactions. I contacted the representative via booking.com to complain about the issues but nothing was done.
