I eventually got the keys

I could not find the keys and had to wait a bit. But turned out the cleaners were still making ready despite arriving after 3pm

Had an amazing stay, will come back definitely

It's ok. The bed was comfortable the view was ok just the factory smell was alil too much at night

I was charged for cleaning fees but not once when I was there for 3 nights did a cleaner ever come to a " mini clean" . Instead as we were about to leave the clean came to let us know it's time to leave but they couldn't do what the paying customer was paying for at all . There was cacroaches in the cupboard and the dishes had the worst smell as if it was wiped out with a dirty clothe

I booked this apartment for the weekend, and unfortunately, my stay was unpleasant. There were cockroaches walking on the bed, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I had to move to the sofa, but even then, I kept waking up due to the discomfort. I sent an email to the management about my concerns but received no response.

Proximity near town convinient..

Hallways along from lifts to the rooms are bit smelly.....can be improved the enviroment.

They advertised private parking on booking.com , so I made the booking , I drove for 20 hours to Capetown, only to get to the apartment, and they tell us we need to park on the street, they could not make any other arrangements for me so I was in Capetown , at 9pm with no place to stay. Worst experience in my life , I will never recommend this property or booking . Com because they are a bunch of thiefs, as they don't want to refund my money , even though their add was in correct.
