Stunning work pad on 1onAlbert- 601

Everything else, the apartment was clean, although they were still busy cleaning when we checked in but did apologize for it. It has everything we needed, fresh towels, microwave, gas stove (couldn't use the second plate of the stove, they must check it out), bar fridge, nice shower, even iron and ironing board. We had a great time. Netflix and wifi was also good. There's a kwik spar nearby which is about 5 minutes walk where we got all our necessities for the duration of our stay.

I understand there were some people who were maybe living there? so there was some noise quite late

The room was very neat The location is perfect if you want to be close to town Its very quiet

I paid an Additional R470 on top of the quoted price. When I booked this was not shown as the total price of the booking to me. I only noticed when I checked my bank statement. Even thought I paid the additional for cleaning and linen, the linen was not changed and no one came to clean during my 3 day stay.

I loved the shower water pressure and the location of the apartment

The apartment is on a noisy floor, with tons of smokers. I was constantly woken up by smell of cigarette smoke from neighbours, there was a drunk couple living in Unit 600 singing loudly in the corridors at night. Th sliding door and windows need better insulation as cold air (and smoke from neighbour's balconies) seeps into the apartment. Host did not provide LED lights so I stayed in the dark for 2 hours during load shedding.

The bed was very comfortable. The room looked exactly like it was displayed in the pictures. The host left nice little welcome treats for us. We found the place very clean and tidy. Also came with oil to use for cooking.

Although there is a 2-plate gas stove, there were no pots, only a pan. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Can't really see the TV from the bed, though it is slightly adjustable. Found boiled egg residue in the kettle.

Location Good. Apartment design perfect, smary layout. Great to have netflix.

Apartment next door flooded and water spread to this unit on 2 occassions. There was a good amount of towels for unit, so we were able to effectively mop Up.
