The views and location is good and the location is very central and close to all shops.

The Gas stove was not working on my stay. Its close to seaside , so it can get cold at night and day so extra blankets are needed or some type of heater for the winter in cape town.

The place was clean, had all the basics needed. The building is located on the main road, making it easy for Uber to find the location and felt safer for both pick up and drop off at night. And the TV has Netflix

There was no welcome coffe or tea :), checked it late and couldin't have tea or coffee because the spar was closed for me to go get some. But it was not a deal breaker, I am just used to having some welcome tea

I had a relaxing time at the property. Everything was as it is on the pictures. Will definitely go back.

The property is central and conveniently located and close to most amenities.

There is a train track right outside the window so it gets very noisy. Not suitable if you value sleep and quiet mornings. The unit also had quite a few cockroaches :(

The photos and description accurately represented the apartment. Upon entering, I was greeted to a clean apartment with a welcome note and rusks (biscuits). There was also a few sachets of ground coffee (not instant), rooibos and milk. There is also a MyCiti bus station on the doorstep of the apartment, which makes travel really affordable and safe (the glassed stations around town and the waterfront do have security).

Nothing Major The balcony does overlook a railway line (followed by the city/harbour) and unlike other railway lines in SA, this one has working PRASA trains, which can be a tad bit noisy. Neighbours can also be heard if they are talking in the hallway after dark. The area (Woodstock) is still under development, so expect to see fancy high rise buildings coupled with older and partially demolished buildings. The upright fan needs to be replaced as it lacked the front caging and the kitchen bin as it lacked a lid.
