Good Location, Clean and plenty of towels etc

The location of this property is fantastic

The property itself is incredibly dirty. We even saw a mouse at one point and called the owner. She was very kind over the phone, but nobody ever came out to take a look and deal with the rodent issue. Also, she doesn’t seem to respond to texts or messages. I accidentally left my necklace in the hotel and I wrote to her about it several times. She never responded. When I called her, she mentioned that she would look into it but then she never follows up and she ignores written communication

Perfect location clean and lovely apartment.

Only 1 thing - signal and WiFi very poor not able to watch TV online and use telephone as no signal - i would recommend to change Internet supply.

Posizione su una traversa della Royal Mile, comodo a tutti i servizi. Accessoriato. Buona fornitura per bagno e cucina.

Abbiamo prenotato in tre ma hanno preparato la stanza e la biancheria per due persone. Alcuni arredi da sistemare.

Clean and close to the centre of old town. The fluffiest towels! Great communication.

No milk on arrival for cuppa.

Lo céntrico que era, sábanas y edredones muy limpios y blancos

No había cafetera, y eso que nada más llegar lo comunicamos al propietario y en 5 días que estuvimos no hicieron nada por arreglarlo, el sofá nada más llegar Tenía una pata rota también comunicado nada más llegar, no pudimos sentarnos y tampoco hicieron nada al respecto, no habían armarios ni cajones para dejar la ropa, la seguridad de la puerta de entrada era demasiado floja
