Cosy near centre Edinburgh apartment

The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. It was well equipped and security was good. There''s a supermarket and a couple of bakeries nearby. Buses were frequent.

Our first impression on entering the building was not great. The hallway and stairs looked shabby but the apartment itself provided a pleasant contrast.

El edificio donde se encontraba el apartamento, aunque dentro el apartamento estaba reformado y daba otra impresión

Quiet and warm flat. Cafes, pub, shop and bus stop all within a few minutes. Good coffee machine!

We definitely got our steps in but it's a safe walk.got a sense of edinburgh and leith by staying here but it's not in the centre so bring comfy shoes!

Walking distance to centre town Hugh Saintsbury close by Lovely to have a bath Everything you need in the kitchen Apartment interior is beautiful, attention to detail eg. Washing rack was great to have Suggestion: Electric Fan will be nice

Outside: Entrance of apartment, staircase to apartment & outside of building VERY run down😮 No lights in entrance or up staircase, very dark & scary Sounds like building is counsil managed, but owners should stand together & do something to the block's appearance inside & outside. Inside: Bathroom walls need a wash by radiator.
