Cosy near centre Edinburgh apartment

Convenient and cosy as stated

Not owners fault but stairs and hallway very shabby

Very good location near the place we were working. Business around. They have a washing machine as well which is super handy and all utensils to cook at home

Mattress was a bit too soft for me. Shower didn’t have much pressure. But overal very good experience

Location was fantastic. Close to downtown and attractions Well stocked kitchen Reasonable size Quiet Very clean Host was very helpful and reasonable. Responded quickly to requests. Walking distance to pub and grocery store

Was in older building Parking was a challenge. Needed permit or payment to park on street outside of building

Clear instructions for checking-in, kitchen with utensils, enough bedding and storage

The stairs to the flat inside the building was not well-lit if you came in evening, not comfortable when coming with kids

The location was very good. All amenities were as mentioned. The owner was very prompt in replying.

The internet was not working.

Instructions given by the Host are very clear . Nice guidance and support. Quick reply to queries and chat. Interior is well lighted up.

The entrance is not well Lighted. The stairs to the apartment are not enough clean and lot of darkness during evening time. Lights are not working . Bathroom / toilet is too small, Shower area do not have enough curtain / cover to stop spoiling the water. No exhaust in Bathroom , the window lock provided is not reachable ; trust me there are better ways to Lock the window.

The place is nice, spacious and has all the basics you’d need. The location is absolutely perfect as it takes 30 minutes by foot to get to the old town, the neighborhood itself is really nice, quieter with cutes shops, nice pubs and restaurants all around. The host is also very friendly and provided us with a very complete guide ( check the n, check out, public transit around the place etc)

The layout and level of comfort of the flat. All basic household equipment was included and bed was very comfortable.

The area outside building front door was barriered off (didn't impact ability to enter building) with roadworks starting early in the morning. Not the fault of our host but did impact first impression.
