Toilet room is a bit tiny

parking is a nightmare. entrance to the building is very dark. need a hook or rail in toilet for hand towel. fridge needs icebox to be defrosted. warn clients not to bash their heads on cupboard when coming out of the toilet

V expensive for a small apartment. Stairwell is uninviting.

AMThe apartment is very cozy and nice, offering everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—not exactly in the city center, but very close to the old town and within walking distance. There are plenty of nice coffee places and restaurants around, making it a convenient and enjoyable spot to stay.
