AUGBReturned to this lovely little place for a second time, weekend stay. It's very homely and comfortable. Self check in procedure is fab. Very quiet and tidy tenement/stair. Even spotted a squirrel in the tree out of the bedroom window. Well positioned for walk or bus to city centre and so many great venues on Leith Walk. Travelled by car, parking a little tight on Balfour Street and about to get worse with the nearby tram stops opening, so something to consider. Much of the street will be permitted parking in the coming months. Highly recommended. Will definitely consider returning in the future.
