USThe location was great. Close to the tram and other public transportation. Close to lots of restaurants and eateries. Very diverse neighborhood. The apt is on a quiet street
Very small. Had to watch a YouTube video about the property. Video was informative and was a positive.

The entrance a bit gloomy but the apartment was nice and clean
GBFairly central location with great bus service for 5/10 min journey into town and St James Quarter. Plenty of local amenities (cafe, restaurants etc) although we didn’t try them as we had booked pleases in town. Property was clean and bed was comfortable and area was quiet. An added plus for us was the shower had good pressure too.

NZEasy apartment to keep warm. Washing machine was a bonus. Reasonably central and assessable to trams and buses.
Floor was not level in the living area which was interesting. Entrance to building was disappointing, being dark and dingy. Seemed expensive for the quality of the accommodation.

Basic accommodation, comfortable but not anything to write home about. The flat is more like a student flat from the 1970s.
