Great location, spacious and clean!

Iakovina is a first class host. She met us at the ferry, walked us across to the apartment and provided a comprehensive briefing about her property. The apartment is on the third floor with elevator, is in excellent condition and is very well located. It is spacious and very comfortable, with a good bed, an excellent shower, a washing machine and a well equipped full kitchen. The front balcony and rear terrace provide plenty of space for relaxing in the shade at different times of day. The location is great for watching ferries and other water traffic coming and going yet the double glazing keeps the apartment quiet for sleeping and relaxing. I will be happy to stay again if it’s available when we return to Syros.

Early check-in was made available. Iakovina met us only 2 minute walk from port and gave us lots of really useful information on Syros island plus some gifts. Lovely lady who made herself available throughout our stay for questions and help. Apartment beautifully appointed with everything you need for a very comfortable short stay. Lovely balcony overlooking the hubbub of the port and harbour, plus a big tranquil terrace out back for relaxing. When one had sun, the other had shade and vice-versa.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and located in one of the most beautiful areas we’ve ever visited! Iakovina was simply amazing — always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. She even helped us find a pediatrician when our child got sick, which we deeply appreciated. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

This apartment was unbelievably livable — and a place that we could have stayed in much longer. The location is fantastic — and the living room/eating area set up were perfect for watching the port and harbor activity. We visited in winter, and the bedroom was so quiet at night. Normally we need earplugs or white noise when traveling. Not here. The kitchen had everything plus more you needed for cooking, the bathroom was spacious, and it was easy to unpack everything in the built in cabinet in the bedroom. We were only a couple, so we didn’t need the second bedroom and kept the door closed the entire stay. Iakovina was an amazing host. As many have said before, she meets you as you come off the ferry and brought us straight to the apartment. We arrived early, so we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and enjoyed the waterfront promenade until it was ready. The communication we had with Iakovina was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to stay here if/when we return to Syros.

The view, across the road from the port. The room was very clean, with doors closed from veranda there is no noise from street. Iakovina is an excellent host and is happy to help with questions.

A spacious, clean, well appointed and equipped apartment. Location was excellent with a balcony view of the port and a terrace view of the surrounding hills and churches. Our host, Iakovina greeted us on arrival with a welcome pack of local delights. Iakovina attended to all our needs. She was a wealth of information and communication was prompt. Highly recommend.
