La proximité du logement et l’appartement

Personne n’était là pour nous ouvrir alors que nous avions pourtant communiqué notre heure d’arrivée. L’hôte affirme que le code d’accès nous avait été envoyé, mais ce n’était pas le cas, et personne ne répondait au téléphone. Nous sommes restés à attendre pendant 40 minutes, à 18 h, avec notre fille de 6 ans, avant que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir. De plus, l’hôte ne s’est même pas excusé pour ce désagrément. Par ailleurs, il y avait de la musique jusqu’à 3 h du matin, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir. Enfin, le canapé-lit n’était pas confortable.
