No respetaron la hora que se indicó que se iba a llegar , la solución que nos ofrecieron fue cancelar la reserva y que no nos cobrarían , pero era semana de fiestas y era imposible encontrar otro lugar , el anfitrión nunca quiso encontrar una solución , simplemente fue es lo que hay y si quieren bien sino cancelen la reserva. No entiendo porque en booking dice que la hora de ingreso es de tal hora a tal hora y no la respetan
