Bit difficult to find but our host was able to explain how to get to the back of the property, it’s situated in a one way street so had to drive down from the top. It doesn’t actually have a parking space but as it was a weekend we were able to use the office car parking space.

Could have done with a manual for the heating as it came on early morning and we were too hot.

"Perfect place if visiting Harrogate flower show."

Such a handy location. The property was clean and spacious. Perfect for a short stay with comfortable sitting area and adequate cooking facilities. Towels and toiletries provided too. Comfortable beds.

Only downside was no parking area.

"Short, one night. We all slept well. Quiet, warm, spacious for 4 adults."

Size of lounge/kitchen diner. Room with three beds was very spacious and didn't feel cramped. Space was cosy and warm.

We arrived just after 5pm. Took us a while to locate the parking space and that the entrance was at the rear. Then the key code did not work. It was very cold and the 4 of us had been on a long and intensive course and we're quite tired. After about 30 minutes we did find out how to get to the back lane to park and offload. There was thankfully a response from the hosts with another key code that actually worked. That was a relief!
