Great location apartment had more then you needed and more great heating very comfortable

Light outside door was broken very hard to see door to enter in code in the evening/night time

It’s clean, the kitten for the size of it is well stocked. I can’t imagine many staying are using more than the kettle and toaster but should anyone need/wish to cook, everything seemed to be there to allow it

I’ll need to check again but when I booked, I didn’t remember seeing anything stating it was a 2 floor walk up. For us fine but anyone with mobility issues, little ones that could be a shock and an issue. The main hallway in the tenement is less than pleasant and initially walking through the main door is very much a feeling of ‘omg what on earth have I booked’. For the price for the night, there are elements of the flat which a very poor (cracks in the bathroom sink, brown spots around the shower door seals, very basic furniture) yes it’s clean but value for money is very basic

Well laid out, everything there (except oven gloves), clean, reasonably central. People letting the flat responded quickly to comms with us.

Front door and entry hall were extremely dirty and strangely out of line with the comfort of interior of the letting. We were unfortunate to occupy the flat for the 3 days when the road outside was being relayed all night long making it impossible to sleep in the front bedroom. Not the fault of the people letting the flat admittedly but we could’ve been warned about this as we saw that the works started in July, some 3 months before our occupation.

Good location. Walking distance to important stuff. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. Good check in instructions. Everything was smooth. We forgot something in the apartment and David has been kind enough to send it to Denmark for ud. Grest service. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Edinburgh

The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The apt was very clean, and in good condition

Several flights of stairs in a dingy stairwell. difficult for us on this trip

Apartment well located, close to bus stops and the city center Rather quiet and comfortable

Very average cleanliness on arrival. Uncomfortable staircase

Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed.

Entrance of property (communal stairs) was very dark and unmaintained, not a great first impression
