fantastic location (right beside the meadows) and very comfortable. all we needed for an enjoyable break in Edinburgh

shower pressure was v poor and tricky to get in and out of (in v wide rimmed bath). Upstairs neighbour noisy through the night

Such a lovely flat! Amazing location and views, the flat feels spacious (ah, the ceilings!), cosy bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The flat had everything I needed to have an amazing birthday week in Edinburgh! We really appreciated all the additional things like a well stocked kitchen cupboards so cooking was much easier. Tony was always happy to help too. Thank you!

Nothing to dislike, every issue found a solution when possible.

Spacious, well appointed, and comfortable.

The only thing we didn’t like was the need to pay a £200 deposit. Everything else was excellent really. Pretty faultless experience.

The location was excellent, really close to the Royal Mile but in a quieter place with an overwhelming view of the Meadows. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable indeed. The coordination for the check-in and check-out as well with Tony was very good and customised as possible to our arrival/departing times. Söderberg, which is in front of the building is a recommended option for having breakfast.

"A great apartment in a great location."

An excellent location, especially if you are visiting Edinburgh for the Festival. The apartment is large with a lovely kitchen and bathroom, plus the bedroom has great views across the Meadows to the Pentland hills.

The sofas aren't particularly comfy or large enough for two people so its difficult to relax in front of the TV.
