Dragon Villas - Harrogate

Great communication between hotel and myself pre/prior/post stay. Great accommodation and value for money.

Lovely place, great decoration , coffee machine and facilities great.

After losing the key I was looking around and found old bottles and rubbish under the chest off draws.

Quiet area, easy parking, dog friendly, easy check in/key collection, very clean public areas, very clean room, very clean & good quality bedding, good inventory of decent quality items for kitchen use, great little Neff cooker, Lavazza coffee pod machine, shower and hand wash provided, terrific hot showers, excellent smart tv, nice little outside area included in the Garden Suite which was great for the dog, quick and easy walk to town centre. Excellent comms from the team in the days before arrival, with a handy digital guide full of all the info we might need. It was an excellent stay.

The only minor annoyance was the loudness of folks moving around in the apartment above. It didn’t go on for long, but if it had, it would have been really irritating.

We stayed at Betty's Studio. Great location about 10min walk into town once we got our bearings.Check in very easy. Lovely bright, clean , comfortable studio with stylish decorating and accessories. Well equipped kitchen. Great rain shower over bath .

You need a parking disc to park outside the property It would be helpful for the parking disc to be available at the property, It wasn't that easy to find a shop that provided them and tourist Information was closed the day we arrived.

Good space and having a kitchen area was brilliant. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Loved sitting having breakfast watching the world going by.

Needed a deeper clean or freshen up on decorating. Toilet roll holder was loose and extractor fan didn't work.
