The box in the room was amazing

The oven and hob was a bit confusing. How to use with no instructions. Maybe you should have some instructions in the room would make it a lot easier to use.

The apartment was nicely decorated,spotlessly clean and warm . Communication with the hosts was excellent and there is ample parking a short distance away . The main town centre is a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay at the apartment again

Door codes etc were clear and easy to follow. Instructions for arriving at the property were helpful too - especially the picture of the door! Absolutely loved the decor of the property and how well-kitted out it was - I was a bit gutted to only be staying one night! Also loved being able to go for a run in the morning around The Stay nearby - very convenient!

The front door was quite stiff and the buttons on the code got jammed once or twice but managed to make it work. Parking was tricky as it was only for 3 hours with a disc before 6pm and I needed longer than that.

The bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfy

The lounge was a bit uninspiring. It wasn't very comfy and there were a few decorating bits that didn't seem finished and it was cold. We were mainly let down by the deposit process. There was no mention anywhere of how much the deposit would be and to take seven days to release it back to us when we had only been there one night felt unacceptable. Once it's been established that no damage was done then we should have received our funds immediately. I would recommend you look into this as it left us feeling robbed and unlikely to recommend you to anyone else.
