It felt very much at home, the company where quick at replying and helping with any queries.

The next door room had a dog that barked all night at the slightest noise and the lighting was very dim could do with a lamp next to the bed

We stayed in a serviced apartment. We liked the location, the size of the room and bathroom. Bed was lovely. Very easy to access. Loved the big windows and the lovely old kitchen dresser. We also really loved that we had a real radio!! We didn’t watch any television and found being able to listen to the radio from the radio and not the TV screen was a real treat. Pet friendly - hooray. Booking was a little tricky but we got there and being able to speak to someone on the phone helped.

I felt more attention to cleaning the space more broadly- there were marks on the wall, a cup stain on the bedside table. You just want to feel thats it’s sparkling when you stay somewhere. Some more cups and crockery would be great. I think there were only 2 cups. Also 2 small backed chairs to sit at the little table on would have made it much more comfy. The reed diffuser in the bathroom had a strong and unpleasant smell & we put it out of the room. I think careful thinking about these kind of smells is important. Both outside lights weren’t working at the front door- so it was quite dark.
