"Absolutely terrible"

We got catfish! The description made it sound nice and the pictures online looked good. When we got there, it was completely different. It was a motel versus in the ad. It seemed like it was a person who was renting it. I tried calling and texting the number on the booking Website and it just gave me this motels answering service. We got there to pick up the keys and we had to go across the street to the motel. We would’ve never stayed there if we knew that it was a low end motel. It was late when we got in so we had no other option. We got into a room and there were dirt on the walls things that were broken. It was so rundown and disgusting. We cannot believe that we paid money to stay there.

The property isn’t worth the price. Broken doors, leaking and not properly working shower, stinky room, not enough pots or pans, no coffee or tea. The free breakfast is really nothing and operates only 1 hour from 8-9am, serving hundreds of people. Very cheap, bad and poor management.

"Bad check in process "

It took 2 hours to check in, then the door got deactivated the next day had to go back and wait to get it reactivated. One way in and out the office and just not friendly. The manager was nice besides that not good. One good thing is very close to the beach and boardwalk the rest is a no for me
